the Space for Policies

Our Space Tribe, 

As we have been the queens of leniency, we are having to tighten our policies with memberships. We are so happy to be one of the only studios in the area that offer the rate that we do without a yearly contract. We pride ourselves on this, but as we have been seeing the gaps in our foundation, there needs to be some black and white lines in place with this style of membership. 

MEMBERSHIP

Our one month unlimited is currently priced at $120. It is an Auto-Pay system. It will renew by itself every month on the day that you purchased it. 

TO CANCEL : In order to no longer have the automatic payments happen, we at the Space require a 30 day written notice to be sent to our help desk at info@discoverthespace.com. 

TO SUSPEND : the Space will ONLY suspend your membership with a valid doctors note. We are obligated to pay a fee each time we suspend and unsuspend memberships and will no longer be offering 1-2 month suspensions. 

NO AUTOPAY OPTION : We DO offer a One Month Unlimited package that is one month, starts the day you first use it and will not auto-renew. The current price offering for this is $140.

Can be refunded in full.

CANCELLATIONS 24 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT : 

Value of workshop will be added to clients account for use.

CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT : 

Will not be refunded.
